Event presentation
On May 16th and 17th, an event will take place in Rzeszów featuring the partners involved in the Erasmus+ project “Transversal Cultural Experiential Skills“. The meeting will follow the events planned in the project and will focus on presenting the results achieved in the third and fourth phases of the project. Specifically, the tools and methodologies used to develop a training kit aimed at supporting the development of skills related to active citizenship and the ecological and digital transition will be shared. The program will be accessible through a dynamic and interactive e-learning platform, providing the training participants with the opportunity to learn by experiencing an experiential study method firsthand.
What has been done
On May 16th and 17th, an event took place in Rzeszów featuring the partners from Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic involved in the Erasmus+ project “Transversal Cultural Experiential Skills”.
The first day was dedicated to the presentation of the e-learning platform and the training modules uploaded on it.
Each partner presented the methodologies used to create their own training kit and shared the progress of the activities with the other participants. The second day focused on planning the upcoming project results: roles and objectives to be achieved by the end of 2023 were defined. The meeting provided ample space for discussion and sharing, where symbols, cultures, and languages were compared. The comparison between different work environments helped participants gain a deeper understanding of the importance of working together to implement initiatives that support active citizenship and the ecological and digital transition. The experience laid the foundation for a flexible professional approach, open to different perspectives, generating new value for each organization and ensuring full mutual respect.
